Made with organic ceremonial cacao, functional mushrooms, and a touch of coconut sugar, each blend is designed to support your mental focus, energy, or relaxation – depending on your mood and moment.

Barista Functional Cacao contains over 90% less sugar than regular hot chocolate, without sacrificing richness or flavour.

We currently offer two blends in the Barista Functional Cacao range:

1. Barista Functional Cacao – Energy & Focus

A cacao blend for mental clarity and sustained energy. Great for the morning, work sessions, or a pre-workout lift.

  • Chaga – antioxidant-rich and immune-supportive
  • Cordyceps – used for stamina and endurance
  • Coconut Milk Powder

  • Ceylon Cinnamon & Himalayan Salt

2. Barista Functional Cacao – Calm & Relax

A soothing, grounding cacao blend designed to help you unwind. Perfect for evenings, rest rituals, or moments of stress.

  • Organic Cacao (organic)
  • Lion’s Mane – supports cognitive performance
  • Chaga – antioxidant-rich and immune-supportive
  • Reishi – traditionally used to support calm and stress balance
  • Coconut Milk Powder 
  • Organic Coconut Sugar – just enough for a soft finish
  • Ceylon Cinnamon & Himalayan Salt

We use functional mushrooms for their natural ability to support the nervous system, immune health, focus, and stress response. Our mushrooms are:

  • 100% organic
  • Extracted from the fruiting body only
  • Grown and processed in Finland and Poland (lyophilised technology)
  • Tested for heavy metals, microbial safety, and active compounds

Yes, but just a little.
We use a small amount of organic coconut sugar to balance the richness of the cacao. It’s naturally lower on the glycemic index and minimally processed.

Each serving contains over 90% less sugar than conventional hot chocolate, which often contains 50–70% refined sugar.

  • Add 1 scoop (approx. 10g) to hot water or plant-based milk
  • Stir well, or use a frother/blender for a creamier finish
  • Sweeten if you like, but most enjoy it as-is

Earthshake Barista Cacao is rich and chocolatey with a creamy texture, thanks to coconut milk powder.

It’s gently spiced with cinnamon and lightly sweetened with coconut sugar – smooth and satisfying, never overly sweet. There’s no noticeable mushroom flavor.
