A big cup (330ml), 6 grams of Earth Coffee comprises 500 mg of Nordic Lion's Mane extract and 500 mg of Nordic Chaga extract.

• Prepare 6 grams earth coffee with 330 ml of hot water for a good cup of coffee.

For a blend (cappuccino), use 40 ml of hot water and add your favorite milk.

It would be good not to use boiling water. 80 degrees is perfect. We do not want important nutrients and vitamins in the mushrooms to be lost.

Ensure that your daily consumption of Earth Coffee does not surpass 12 grams per day.
